HerzensApp – Account Deletion Information
Steps to Request Account Deletion:
Open the HerzensApp on your device.
Go to the settings menu.
Tap on „Delete Account“.
Data Deletion and Retention
When you request to delete your account, the following types of data will be deleted:
Personal information (name, email address, phone number)
Account preferences and settings
Usage history and activity logs
However, some data may be retained for a certain period for legal or operational reasons:
Transaction records (retained for 90 days)
Support communications (retained for 30 days)
After the retention period, this data will also be permanently deleted from our servers.
